If you asked most people if they were healthy, I think they’d often say they wished they were healthier. But if you ask them what it means to be healthier, they usually talk about being more fit, going to the gym more, running more often, and possibly even eating less sugar. But yes, that just sounds hard.

But I believe when you change the intake of something, the outcome will naturally change. So choosing to eat things that are natural and raw, will help you feel more like yourself. But sadly this is usually looked at as extremely difficult and absolutely miserable because this only makes you think about eating dry leaves, raw herbs, and sounds basically like your eating a pile of dirt, and NO ONE WANTS TO EAT DIRT. Eating salad for every meal, staying away from candy, cookies, and ice cream, drinking a lot of water—it just doesn’t sound too appetizing. 

Most just wish it could taste a little better, and this was the real inspiration behind Nourish Dressings. We wanted to create something that didn’t damage your body, or just go through it, but rather something that built it up so that you feel better, are healthier, and actually like it.
